Hi welcome to my page where I am blogging about what I have learned along with other classmates of mine in Asian Assessment. In this class we get into further discussion about The Four Pillars in Asian Assessment, Tongue and Pulse diagnosis, read study cases, learn Zang Fu Theory and disease patterns... Throw in some awesome Qi Gong and Tui Na body work and you got our Asian Assessment Class! Please feel free to comment or make suggestions. The idea of this page is to inform others of this awesome class that is offered @ Mueller and if you are wanting to specialize in Asian Bodywork, I think it would do good for this class to be essential! :)

About myself

My name is Jinjer Pastor, Certified Massage Therapist (#22877) and I am a student at Mueller College, obtaining my HHP Certificate and will be graudated December 2011. I am fascinated with Chinese Medicine and Asian body work and am studying to specialize in certain modalities such as rieke and tuina. I also have an obsession with herbs and vitamins, astrology, chakras and I am relatively new to studying all this though I have always had quite an interest in alternative medicine. I never had the chance to jump at this until over a year ago and I love it!
I grew up in Arkansas til I was 20 and had studied history and theater while in college there til the year 2000 and I moved out to San Diego and also have lived in Los Angeles. Living in Ocean Beach, (the best place to live in san diego) is AMAZING! My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half and have made quite the establishment in a short time and we plan on continuing to grow here! :)
